Ritz-Carlton is a luxury hotel chain which operates 84 luxury hotels and resorts worldwide. The Ritz-Carlton approached us to develop the marketing concept for Phase 2 of the Ritz-Carlton. The Residences, Hawaii, due to our
versatility, knowledge and experience of luxury brands. This resulted in a $64 million in sales one week! And in less than one month 88 per cent of these units were sold. The concept for the latest Ritz-Carlton Waikiki project, focused primarily on the Asian market. We developed a rich, luxurious concept to express an exquisite aquatic jewel in a tropical oasis on luxury row.
